Michelle has a unique therapeutic massage technique that has evolved over the years of her study and work that include but not limited to, a combination of trigger point therapy, myofascial release and some deep tissue work. In combination with Dr. Gibas’s chiropractic work, this therapeutic massage technique has proven to be very beneficial for many conditions.
An increasing number of studies show that receiving regular massages may help with: relaxing muscles, improving range of motion, increasing blood circulation and lymph flow. It also has been known to decrease stress, lower blood pressure, reduce heart rate among many other great benefits.
Although therapeutic massage does not increase muscle strength, it can stimulate weak, inactive muscles. It can also accelerate muscle growth by leading to a more complete recovery from exercise or injury.
Michelle enjoys her work very much and has a passion for helping people of all ages. This passion and care is very much conveyed through her wonderful therapeutic massages!
